Welcome to Grand Gaming Technologies Private Limited (GGTPL)! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our games (including Roleplay, Horror, Adventure, Online Multiplayer, Single Player, Racing, Open World, FPS, 5v5 Action, 2D, and 3D titles), websites, custom game development offerings, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Parent/Guardian Responsibility

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services independently.

  • Minors: If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our Services with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2. License & Availability of Services

  • Limited License: GGTPL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play our games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

  • Service Changes: We continuously improve our games. GGTPL reserves the right to modify, update, patch, limit, or temporarily/permanently discontinue any game or feature at any time without prior notice or liability.

  • Custom Development Services: If you wish to commission a custom game from GGTPL, separate contractual agreements will apply upon official discussion and agreement via our corporate channels.

3. User Accounts and Security

If you create an account within any of our games or platforms:

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (usernames, passwords, social login linkages).

  • Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately at ggtpl.official@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or misuse of your account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

4. Code of Conduct (Rules of Fair Play)

To maintain a safe, fair, and competitive environment, you agree NOT to:

  1. Cheating & Exploits: Use cheats, hacks, mods, automated software (bots), exploits, or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.

  2. Disruption & Harassment: Harass, abuse, threaten, or insult other players or GGTPL staff.

  3. Account Trading: Sell, rent, lease, trade, or transfer your game account or virtual items to any third party for real-world currency.

  4. Reverse Engineering: Copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code or assets of any GGTPL game.

  5. Illegal Use: Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to our games—including graphics, characters, storylines, audio, code, artwork, trademarks, and logos—are the exclusive property of Grand Gaming Technologies Private Limited or its licensors.

  • Restrictions: Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights over any content, in-game assets, or virtual currencies. Commercial exploitation of our intellectual property without prior written consent from GGTPL is strictly prohibited.

6. In-Game Purchases and Virtual Items

  • Pricing: Prices for in-app purchases, virtual currency, subscriptions, or digital goods are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

  • Platform Transactions: All financial transactions are processed securely through third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or authorized payment gateways).

  • Refund Policy: All in-game purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or the specific refund policies of the respective app store (Google Play / Apple App Store).

  • Unauthorized Purchases: GGTPL is not responsible for unauthorized transactions made on your device by third parties or minors.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account or access to our games at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms.

  • You engage in illegal, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.

  • We are required to do so by applicable law or a legal authority.

Upon termination, your license to use the game ends immediately, and any unused in-game content or virtual currency may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • "As-Is" Basis: Our games and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our games will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses.

  • Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GGTPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages (including loss of data, progress, profits, or device damage) resulting from your access to or inability to access our games.

  • Cap on Liability: GGTPL’s total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount you paid to GGTPL (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

  • Jurisdiction: Any legal action, suit, or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru / Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

  • Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith, informal negotiations by contacting customer support.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our games or services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
